Careers Advisors - Surrey

Careers Adviser | Berkshire | £16,000 - £30,000 per annum

We currently have a range of roles available for suitably experienced and qualified career practitioners. Capita Education Resourcing provides a range of Careers Guidance Services to schools across Berkshire.

As a Careers Ad visor you will support clients via individual interviews and group workshops to progress into work or learning.

To be considered, you must have previous experience of giving information, advice and guidance with young people in a variety of settings. We are looking to appoint highly motivated individuals who enjoy working with young people in helping them achieve their full potential.
Can you relate to young people from different backgrounds and levels of ability, on an individual or group basis within the guidance, recruitment, training fields. Experience of group work and presentation skills is preferred.

An NVQ, PgDip, QCG, QCF Level 4 in Advice and Guidance is desirable.

Due to local travel requirements, and the multi-site nature of the role the ability to travel daily is essential.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
