CARAT Worker - Preston

Our client has a job vacancy for a CARAT Worker to work in Preston. This vacancy has an immediate start and an initial 3 month contract. The pay rate for this role is £12-16 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Motivating prisoners to engage with substance misuse services.
- Providing case management.
- Delivering drug and alcohol interventions.
- Completing assessments.
- Undertaking care planning.

Requirements:
All applicants must have experience of working with substance users and preferably experience of working in a prison environment. You will have an organised, efficient and solution focused approach to work and will need to be committed to working in the challenging environment of a prison. You must be eligible to work in the UK and prison clearance is essential.
