CARAT Worker - Lancashire

Our client has job vacancies for a CARAT Worker to work in Lancashire. This is a full time position with an initial 1 month contract. The pay rate for this role is £12-15 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties -
- Ensuring the service's key elements are integrated and delivered to a high standard.
- Supporting service users to achieve recovery goals, positive outcomes and community re-integration.
- Providing interventions to support and motivate service users and meet their needs.
- Making sure high standards of performance are maintained.
- Promoting the wellbeing and recovery of service users.

Requirements -
All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working with vulnerable people to provide structured support and achieve identified outcomes. Experience of working with substance misusers and within a secure environment is desirable.
