Capacity Building Consultant **part Time**

Eden Brown are working closely with a Public Sector Organisation based in South west London. This is a temporary contract until November. They are looking for a Capacity Building Consultant to start asap. This is a part time job, 14 to 21 hours per week.

You will work with the local council funded community hubs capacity building programme, in partnership with a national organisation, ensuring that the selected third sector organisations identified as potential leaders of community Hubs have the required skills.

You will help these third sector organisations manage their organisations more effectively.

You will provide expert advice and support on legal structures, governance, policy development, strategic/business planning, community engagement, fundraising, social enterprise development, public service delivery, commissioning, financial planning and management, collaborative working, quality assurance, marketing and communication, workforce development.

Keep abreast with relevant changing agendas, Big Society, Co-operative council and public service delivery.

Develop, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver appropriate training courses / workshops and various away days.

Keep detailed case notes on all organisations that use the service.

You will report into the CEO.
