I have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Campus Recruitment Divisional Team Lead to join a tier one investment bank in their offices in Canary Wharf on a 9 month contract.

Brief Job Description
I am looking for an experienced, driven and forward thinking Campus Recruitment Divisional Team Lead to join my client, a Tier One Investment Bank on a 9 month contract. you will be the driving force behind the business' Campus Recruitment on a global scale across all business areas.

All Skills need to be CLEARLY VISIBLE within your CV/Application:
*Managerial experience of a team of recruiters and coordinators on global scale for full time and internship opportunities.
*Strategic development of Recruitment initiatives taking into account regional expectations.
*Responsibility for managing of hiring numbers.
*Development of sustainable business relationships.
*Determine targets with business incorporating long term recruiting strategy
*Manage hiring targets throughout the recruiting season to ensure business needs are met
*Ensure business is equipped for hiring eg. assessment trained, targeting, selling strategies
*Diversity - focus on diversity hiring within the division and work on methods for improving results
*Collaborate with events and marketing team to fill hiring needs Organise and lead recruitment events
*Manage acceptance/decline process
*Manage budget where applicable
