Campaign Delivery Manager

CAMPAIGN DELIVERY MANAGER- NORTHAMPTON

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in Northampton as Campaign Delivery Manager.

The role holder will be required to:

- Champion, track and deliver continuous improvements across BCE UK (specifically campaign lead times/data quality and the customer contact strategy).
- Work with Change & Technology to secure technical readiness ie our systems are setup to fulfil our customer offerings.
- Work with channel teams to ensure campaigns can be delivered through the required channels.
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements to meet their strategic objectives
- Work closely with Business Owner to ensure requirements are understood, base-lined and can be delivered across channels, operations and IT.
- Engage Marketing Communications to ensure marketing materials are briefed and signed off and List Management for customer data to required timelines and meet Business Owner requirements.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Financial services marketing experience
- Experience in planning and resource management
- Business process definition experience
- Problem solving, analytical skills and financial/business modelling capability
- Programme management experience
