Campaign and Selection Analyst

*Hyphen has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign and Selection Analyst*

4 Month Contract +

Based In Paddington London

Key Skills - - The business is looking for a graduate 2.1 with a commercial experience of SAS in the financial sector and who has worked in Campaign or MI production which required SAS.

- Good communication and a team player.

*Data Manipulation skills matching and merging large data files

*Responsibility and Attention to Detail - Take responsibility for delivery of precise and accurate reports/files to tight timescales and work to resolve problems when they occur

*Direct Marketing experience, campaign delivery, targeting techniques & post campaign analysis

*Detailed understanding of Prudential products and operations in order to structure reports/analysis in a meaningful way

*Statistical skills and knowledge in order to deliver clear findings through a range of analytical techniques

*Ability to summarise and effectively present complex insight to a senior audience in a commercial manner
*Decision Making and Judgement

*Campaign Management (Chordiant) and data manipulation tools (SPSS Clementine)

*Autonomy - ability to work alone or with minimal supervision

*Knowledge of significant regulatory processes, including Data Protection

*Marketing experience c 3+ years, including retail financial services and Fmcg or services marketing
*University Level Education
