Campaign Analyst/Manager - FTSE 100 Company

Projektbeschreibung

CAMPAIGN ANALYST/MANAGER is required to join the CRM/marketing team of a leading FTSE 100 Company based in Bedfordshire. They require someone to select customers and prospects within Adobe Campaign Manager using a targeted approach to receive specific marketing communications who are most likely to respond positively to those communications. Produce email creative using HTML and pre-built EMAIL TEMPLATES in the Campaign Management system. Produce and share timely ROI measurement of campaigns and promote its use in planning future campaigns.

EXPERIENCE:

- Building Emails and Email Campaigns
- Ability to query and select data using multiple applications the business uses, and learn new applications/tools
- Ability to communicate a compelling case for using specific selections for specific campaigns in simple language to stakeholders
- Takes an ACTIVE role in deciding and creating selections that best meet campaign and business objectives, and improve the customer experience
- Can set-up robust tests to answer the what if? question, and to steer improvements in List Selection, Offer, Creative, Format, and Timing.
- Can use an email content editor and HTML to compose email creative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Selections for Email campaigns
- Manage and report on email campaigns and tests
- Produce and report email and loyalty penetration of our base and weekly/yearly comparisons, and report Gains and Loss movements.
- Produce email plan to meet recruitment budget, and customer development objectives.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external third party agencies to execute marketing activity
- Set up campaign planning meetings to agree data and targeting requirements
- Produce weekly campaign performance reports, and monitor campaigns to ensure activity is optimised
- Lead a quarterly Campaign Performance presentation to stakeholders
- Loyalty Card Marketing
- Maintain campaign specific Control Groups
- Data quality reporting, and data hygiene
- Support the CRM Manager in departmental activities, and provide assistance and cover for team colleagues as required.
- Produce email creative using HTML and pre-built email templates.

DESIRABLE:

- Adobe Campaign Manager desirable, however experience of using other campaign management platform/tools will be ok
