A Call Handler/1st Line Support is required in the IT department for 6 months (likely to be extended) based in Whitechapel, London

This is a great opportunity to work for a large well known company Our Client is looking for a call handler to answer incoming calls, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, take telephone numbers and connect outgoing calls.

The Call Handler will have a clear telephone voice. You will also need a good standard of English and computer skills. Call handling experience is essential as well as previous IT and/or Customer Service experience

This role is to start ASAP and will pay between £9-10 per hour (PAYE) or £11-13 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella).
