Call Centre Infrastructure Project Manager - Switzerland

Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major international organisation based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is looking for a Project manager with knowledge of Avaya and Automatic Call Distribution to be responsible for the management of various Telephony projects implementation and support telephony operational team.

You will be responsible for:

- Assessing the requirements of projects
- Planning and supervising contact center projects (VOIP technologies, and Avaya telephony and applications deployment across multiple sites.
- Advising the organisation on VOIP, ACD and Call routing topics
- Managing and controlling the design, set-up and implementation of Telephony in Call centres.

You will be expected to have a solid background in IT and Telephony with previous call centre implementations to your credit. You will be an expert in Avaya VOIP Technology as well as solid knowledge in all infrastructure aspects of Information Technology (network, OS, etc.).

You will also have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills (English + French)
- Outstanding planning and organization skills
- Project management experience in telephony and Infrastructure

English and French language skills are essential for this position and we will not be able to reply to candidates who do not have this experience.
