Ensures the highest level of customer support for problematic customer inquiries. Resolves difficult and frequently unique customer questions and complaints, through resolution and closure. Negotiates and uses persuasion abilities to ensure operations and customer are aligned on issues. Serves as liaison between customers, leadership and various departments. Ensures that appropriate records, required reports, and related administrative functions are correct and maintained. Applies in-depth knowledge of systems and operations in support of assigned customer group. Demonstrates highly developed interpersonal and customer relationship skills. 2-4 years of relevant experience. Advanced computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
MUST SPEAK CHINESE
Previous customer service experience (prefer 1 -2 years call center experience)
Strong verbal communication skills
Need to be able to take up to 9 calls an hour (average call length 6 minutes)/
Familiarity with recording calls in CRM helpful
