CAD/PCB Layout Engineer/Designer

Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing. For our client, a global Telecommunications company focussing on Mobile R&D we are looking for a CAD/PCB Layout Engineer/Designer. (f/m)

Project Start: 10.08.15

Project Length: 6 Months++

Location : Nürnberg

Responsibilities :

* Scope of this service is the CAD (Schematic and PCB Layout) for platform projects
* Driving complex board designs from concept to production
* Managing net scheduling, crosstalk, layer set routing and geometric constraints
* Pin-out and placement studies under given feature set definitions
* Preparation and support of design reviews
* Design manufacturing documentation, BOM maintenance
* Limited library support

Know how:

* Experience in CADANCE Allegro (V16.6) design (schematic & layout)
* Digital, RF and analogue design for mobile phone applications
* PCB floor planning and component placement
* PCB layout knowledge in leading edge multi-layer design
* Experience [5]+ years in similar field of activity
* Mobile communication experience

Languages :

* Very good English is required for team communication and documentation.
