C20/DMS Migration Engineer - Centrex - London - £300-350pd

Large telco client is looking to secure the services of a migration engineer for a 10 months contract in London.

The requirement is for a C20/DMS with Centrex knowledge trained customer data engineer to perform migration of customers for legacy to IP Voice solution driven by appropriate work order.

The engineer shall be coached in use of the work order systems (SAS/COMS, CDMS, VMT, DIVA, etc) and expected to use these systems for each customer migration order. The engineer will be fully versant in C20/DMS customer data and have performed a similar function with another operator. The engineer shall be aware of the technical challenges of migrating live customers and be able to make judgement calls should a migration fail and then be able to perform a rollback as required. The project also will need an engineer with experience of Porting numbers and ranges from OLO (BT).

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Experienced DMS/C20 customer data engineer
* knowledge of Centrex
* good scripting and MS Excel skills
