Rapid growth plans and a good project pipeline have led to the need for an internationally based client urgently seeking a highly skilled C# WCF developer to come onboard.

The development work undertaken will be the conversion of an existing distributed Visual Basic 6 application to C# using Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server. The application is used within the Energy and Utility Sector for a US based customer.

As such, the successful C# developer will have the following experience:
* Visual Basic 6 WinForms development
* Winforms UI development using C# through OO design
* Using/interfacing to WCF libraries and configuration of WCF Services in IIS
* SQL Server 2005/2008
* Using Team Foundation server to control source control
* Design and hands-on coding
* Experience of distributed systems
* Solid software development background
* Full software project life-cycle

The successful c# developer will be highly capable and motivated with an excellent analytical and hands on technical skills.
