CQV /CVQ /Validation /Qualification/ (Pharma/OR Biopharma/ OR Biotech/ Ireland
The C&Q Engineer shall be responsible for carrying out the following project related activities
associated with Up-stream Process equipment: Bioreactors, Buffer vessels, mobile vessels.
SIP (sterilization in place), CIP (clean in place), Biotech, C protocols, field
execution etc.
Job responsibilities
- Prep documents associated with life cycle of C&Q activities IV,FT,IQ,OQ.
- Installation Verification execution
- Funxtional Testing of systems
- Field Walkdowns of systems
- Change management activities during project life cycle
- Summary report writing
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Science/Engineering
- 5 years working in Biopharma roles
- 5 years in CO experience (7+ years would be beter)
- Knowledge of GMP'S, regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communications
