C# .NET Developer (Scrum Master) Investment Banking, 6 months, London

We are looking for a Scrum Master C# .NET Developer to working for a prestigious Investment Bank in the City of London for an initial 6 months.

Job scope includes:

Looking for a Scrum Master to join the Development team to support the Agile creation of software solutions. We are expanding the application of Agile development within the traditional DBT phases as the workloads increase and we need to deliver effective solutions to our customers. This role ensures that we build best practices using Scrum in line with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Essential experience:

- Good knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum/Kanban C# .NET software development experience with Test Automation, Continuous Integration and TDD Experience of leading multi-discipline teams (eg development, test etc).
- Must understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition and be familiar with common Agile practices and better development practices.
- Must understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to the team.
- Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
- Must be able to gain respect from his/her team and lead by example.
