C# .Net Developer

C# .NET Developer - Edinburgh - 200-275 Per Day

We are looking for an experienced C# .NET Developer to start asap.

The ideal C# .NET Developer for this position will have strong knowledge of technical development and programming within:

Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), object orientated programming, .NET 2.0 & later versions (C#, VB ASP), XML/XSL (XSLT, XPATH, XQUERY ) (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript and software development environments including Microsoft SQL Server 2008, MS-Visual Studio, Web servers IIS and Apache.

The role will also require experience within Relational databases, client side and server side systems analysis and design, along with Graphical user interface design.

Experience of working within a formal project environment, preferably Prince2 would be ideal.

Ideally you will have commercial experience within:

-UML
-The creation of test plans and system and UAT testing
-Semantic web technologies

A degree or equivalent qualification in software development, software engineering or equivalent plus significant experience of designing and developing customer-focused complex dynamic information systems and software particularly in a web or intranet environment would be advantageous.
