Huxley Associates is pleased to be working with a leading international group within the manufacturing and distribution industry. This company is looking for a new Buyer to assist the Procurement Management team within theMidlands area.

Your role would be to administer the purchasing module to deliver a cost effective, timely and valued added purchasing function to all internal customers, whilst building and maintaining effective and open communications to ensure that they are informed of all procurement matters which are relevant to them. Manage all aspects of procurement within the supply base in a professional and ethical manner with due regards to total acquisition cost, delivery, quality, continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Interested? We are looking for proven experience within a buyer role that is looking for a fresh challenge and wanting to take on a new opportunity. You MUST have past experience buying within manufacturing and production parts and a Degree and CIPS qualifications are desirable.

On offer for the role is a starting salary is Circa £35,000 but will be flexible dependant on the successful candidates' skills and experience.
