Progressive Global Energy is looking for an experienced Buyer to fill a highly sought after position within a large well interventions company based in Aberdeen. Overview of the role Source competitor bids based on engineering specifications. Manage and co-ordinate purchase orders/delivery status and ensure all departments are kept up to date. Managing key accounts ensuring all contract requirements are met, making cost reductions for clients where applicable. The ideal candidate for this role MUST have experience in the following: * Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (preferrably SAP). * Understanding of engineering specifiations. * Experience working in a busy purchasing department within Oil and Gas. This role is based in Aberdeen, with a very competitive salary on offer for the right candidate.
