Applicant must be able to develop and maintain business test cases that exercise the end to end solution and ensure business and system requirements have been met. This job includes the analysis of complex business/system requirements and understanding how those impact the overall business process. This person is able to develop and recommend changes to business processes and systems. This person will need to have excellent communications skills as it essential to develop/maintain relationships with upstream and downstream partners. 

In addition this person will coordinate the development and execution of common data across multiple, regional test teams. Help lead the development effort of test data requirements and test data that link to test cases that can be used across various teams. Assist teams in building their own common data sets that link to setup data specific for that state and region. Ensure cross team coordination of test data approaches where appropriate. Ensure test teams have full test data coverage and are able to build incremental test data and files as necessary to re-run or retest functionality. Assist in the use of the common data across systems and teams. 

Top 3 - 5 Required Skills: 
Working knowledge of all aspects of the SDLC; project management, defect management, configuration management, change management, and release management. 
Must have experience developing test scenarios and scripts that match the business user's objectives to confirm system functions are met. 
Must be able to independently follow-up on issues identified to ensure resolution is satisfactory prior to implementation into Production. 
Analyzes complex testing procedures and recommends actions to improve testing process. 
To facilitate the creation of test data, must have SQL experience. Experience using File-Aid for DB2, Query Management Facilities, and Business Objects is a plus. 

Top 3 - 5 Daily Responsibilities: 
Analyze test requirements and build thorough test scenarios/scripts that exercise the end to end solution. 
Attend various state exchange and vendor calls to develop an understanding of fluid data requirements. 
Apply knowledge of state exchange, vendor and  business requirements to develop valid test data for inflight scenarios. 

Preferred Experience: 
Experience in testing and test coordination 
Experience with complex ANSI SQL development 
Hands on experience of Oracle ANSI SQL/PLSQL, ISQL/OSQL/, Stored Procedure/functions, EDI/XSQL/XML/XSL development, analytic functions, Java stored procedure 
Experience with database batch processing (import/export, SQL loader, external tables, scheduled jobs etc) 
Familiarity with HP Quality Center is a plus 
Good communication skills and strong leadership
