Business Transformation Programme Manager

My well established, Dynamic Client is urgently recruiting for a Business Transformation Programme Manager to be responsible for the definition and delivery of business transformation programmes for my Client. The role will own the definition and delivery of programme capability, driven by the vision and blue print. The Programme Manager will ensure that the cross functional team utilise best practice frameworks to deliver programme benefits and outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MSP qualified Programme Manager to join my Client and head up the definition of a series of significant business transformation programmes. Using extensive Change Management skills, you will be responsible for driving teams of senior stakeholders, business users, technologists and third parties through the full programme lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation.
As my Client continues to change and evolve its online and software offerings, this role will be key in delivering on the medium and long term strategic objectives of the business. Consequently, the successful Candidate must be extremely commercially focused in their benefits and minimise risk where appropriate.
In addition, the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation is essential, as well as managing stakeholder expectations and updating them on progress.
Strong Communication skills are crucial to the success of the role and the programmes managed as this position will need to build the awareness of the programmes, both planned and in progress, to ensure their smooth delivery and business buy-in.
As an MSP Practitioner you will have a proven track record of managing matrix resources in multiple geographic locations, utilising a mix of permanent and contract resources, and delivery on tight time frames.
