Business Test Manager (Market Risk)

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a BUSINESS TEST MANAGER WITH MARKET RISK APPLICATIONS EXPERIENCE who can start as soon as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and support the overall testing efforts for the function interfacing into the central program in relation to alignment and execution of front to back testing
- Manage the end to end test planning and progress tracking
- Define the testing approach and strategy
- Manage the scope of work and inform and support business colleagues
- Co-ordinate provisioning of test environments and test data
- Good knowledge of QC and JIRA toolset

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Candidate must have an understanding of Market Risk applications, Credit Risk applications and Operational Risk applications
- Candidate must have detailed knowledge of Market Risk and Credit Risk.
- Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a release/delivery
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control testing activities and tasks
- Ability to define test objectives, test policies, test strategies and test plans
- Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures
- Monitor, measure and report on test progress
- Several years of Banking/financial services experience
- Recent regulatory project experience
- Knowledge and experience of financial derivatives and banking products
- English
