Business Test Lead

Our candidate, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced test lead to join their team in Edinburgh.

Ideally a BAT Test Lead who will be responsible for the delivery of medium/large projects and/or work streams within larger, more complex projects. They are looking for someone with testing experience that is confident dealing with stakeholders and can lead others.

Experience required:
* Financial services experience
* Experience of managing the production, scope, test plan, project plan, Scripting and End of test report documents
* Experience of producing estimates and managing budgets against estimates
* Recognised testing qualification.
* Confident communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
* Analytical skills: Take a set of requirements and turn them into a robust, comprehensive, traceable test plan.
* Experience of managing a small team of direct reports.
* Ideally Insurance product knowledge.
