Business Technical Analyst/Support Engineer for US IT Restaurant Systems Cashless Compliance

Job Description:

- In this role, the consultant will assist the project manager in setup and configuration of the cashless terminal management server, day-to-day maintenance functions, support analysis with level 4 issues, as well as document creation & review for new projects.
- There may be off-hours support required during the deployment phase.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Terminal Management Server
- Assist in the setup & configuration of the centralized cashless management software
- Support for development, staging, and production server instances
- Manage Roles and Responsibilities in the system
- Technical requirements gathering
- Develop file distribution process
- Weekly file distribution processing
- Process weekly compliance report
- Incident reduction analysis
- Weekly data import processing
- Review/prepare documentation for yearly PCI review
- Assist with technical analysis of future cashless initiatives
- EMV documentation review
- Ad-hoc assignments, as identified by PM

SKILLS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead change
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business solutions deployment
- Experience in supporting/engineering large IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Windows Active Directory experience
- SDLC experience
- Experience with data, including data merges and data imports
- General knowledge of networking and encryption
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Cashless knowledge (Credit, Debit, Gift Card, and EMV)
- Terminal Management System knowledge
- Agile knowledge
- PCI knowledge
- POS (Point-of-sale) experience
- IT Security experience
