Business/Systems Analyst. Leading TV and Broadband Provider (Zurich)

A leading TV and Broadband provider are searching for a Business/Systems Analyst with experience implementing Salesforce platforms working End to End across the B2B market on a major CRM migration.

The successful applicant will be from a Developer background and knowledge around product catalog design and build would be highly desirable.

With your main responsibilities being to:

- Examine and evaluate current systems
- Identify system requirements
- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
- Configuration and customisation of Salesforce and Cloudsense platform
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
- Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met

You will have:

- Proven work experience as a System Analyst,
- Participation in at least 2 Salesforce implementations in telecoms market
- Hands on experience with all aspects of system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support.
- Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed.
- Experience with Gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Ability to explain technical details
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- A good problem-solving attitude
- Experience in delivery of IT solutions to B2B market segment, preferably in telecoms market

Exceptional daily rate. 9 month contract.
