Business Systems Analyst - Pricing and Merchant Settlment

The Role

Business Systems Analyst to provide professional, analytical skills from a systems perspective to the WorldPay Transformation Programme, focussing specifically Transformation of Pricing and Merchant Settlement.

Key Accountabilities

- Analysing existing and To-be systems requirements
- Producing LDM/BDM, Canonical Models, PDMs
- Creating Functional Requirements Specifications and other technical documents for Design and Build
- Identify and assess potential technical solutions for business suitability
- Drafting proposals for modified or replacement systems
- Liaising with system developers and a variety of end users to supporting testing of systems across the Transformation Programme

Skills & Experience

- Strong Business Systems Analysis experience across large scale business change programmes.
- Excellent communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong payments processing knowledge - preferably within card acquiring with specific experience merchant pricing and billing focusing on flexible pricing tariffs, Bank Agnostic interfaces for payments, alternative payment accounting models, Advanced Reserves Management and Intelligent Payment Routing.
- Knowledge of AUDDIS and additional debit schemes (eg SEPA debits) is highly beneficial.
- Translating client business requirements into highly specified Functional Requirements Specifications and other technical documents for Design and Build.
- Ability to identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Supporting the testing schedule for the complete system.
- Overseeing the implementation of a new system.
- Planning and working flexibly to a deadline.
- Writing user manuals.
- Providing training to users of a new system.
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
