- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation (BRD's, FSD's, TSD's)
- 5+ years systems analysis and functional design experience
- Experience working in SDLC methodology (Agile preferred)
- Innovative, flexible and adaptable
- Good understanding of IT environments/technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship management, interpersonal, conflict and negotiation skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Ability to present ideas and information in groups
