Business Systems Analyst
Three Month Contract (initially)
Dublin City
This public sector client based in Dublin City is now seeking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst. As the Business Systems Analyst you will be working with a variety of stakeholders in business operations, management and ICT and also communicating business requirements to developers and working with developers to devise solutions to these requirements.
It is envisaged that the work to be carried out by the Business Systems Analyst resource will include the following:
Analysis of existing Business Systems.
Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for new or amended Business Systems.
Producing physical and logical models of existing systems and required systems including functions, data flows, data and interfaces with other systems.
Assisting in the design of new processes.
Working with developers to design IT systems to meet business requirements-
Gap analysis between an existing system and a required system.
Planning and managing Systems and User Acceptance Testing
Documenting business processes and business information systems including user documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications
- A relevant third level qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of business analysis and development with a minimum of two years' experience of analysis work comparable to that described in section 4 above.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience of domain or Datamodelling and of process modelling for the purpose of the work outlined
