SUMMARY:
Analyze the overall Mobility objectives of the business and develop strategies to meet those objectives; develop a logical data model; translate business requirements/objectives to system requirements which can be converted into mobility services.
This Business System Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with company's monthly managed customers to provide procurement and support services, utilize MDM applications, build enhanced rapport, and assist clients with Best in Class mobility management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Responsible for following consistent implementation of mobility management techniques and strategies for all facets of the business including procurement and communications support.
- This position will work in concert with the mobility team to improve, identify, troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical and non-technical end user customer questions for all iPad/iPhone mobility products.
- Escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
- Works under minimal supervision on advanced technical or unusual support problems.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Provides basic to highly complex technical support to resolve Mobile devices activation/set up, configuration and usability questions for end customers.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Candidate must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business and marketing requirements to translate into a project plans
- Candidate is responsible to look for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, both internally and externally
- Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex project
- Analyze and understand vendor system and device change models and determine efficient business process to drive efficiency
- Analyze and manage user rosters for device deployment or refresh activities
- Document processes and models for reuse globally

OPERATIONAL:

- Interact with business teams to determine requirements and timing for change management efforts
- Self-directed individual who can react instantaneously, take urgent action and resolve issues
- Integrate with development teams to understand development/update processes and implementation requirements
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment to support mobile business activities
- Communicate with business teams to accurately portray situation and expected activities and their impact to users
- Prepare and present plans and updates to Mobile COP management and to business team leadership
- Provide continuity for support teams during deployment or refresh efforts
- Assume ownership for end user teams that do not have centralized business planning team to ensure overall coordination of company projects
- Prepare metrics to track deployment/refresh/update projects for Mobile COP management
- Act as project coordinator in support of Project Manager
- Manage expectations on varying levels of complexity with business teams, internal teams and Mobile COP leadership

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expert mastery of the English language, especially the written word
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to listen and interpret needs and expectations and turn them into actionable items
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience designing business processes, and documenting with VISIO
- Takes ownership of activities where no owner exists and develops plan for remediation
- Persistence in following up on open items
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and VISIO
- Cares about the work, and gets it done

REQUIRED:

- Demonstrable communication abilities via writing samples
- 2 years experience in an analysis and remediation role
- 2 years experience in gathering requirements
- Demonstrated ability to assume ownership and drive to resolution

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Enterprise Mobility experience
