BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - 6 MONTH DAY RATE CONTRACT (WITH EXTENSIONS)
Our client, a leading company within the financial services sector is currently looking to hire 3 Business Systems Analysts for a 6 month day rate contract with excellent opportunities for extension. The ideal individuals will have at least 3-5 years as Business Systems Analysts, coming from the financial services sector and will be keen to progress in an advanced technical environment. You will have strong Agile experience in fast paced international companies and will be keen to take on a challenging contract role. You will also have extensive experience contracting.
This role will involve the coordination of technical projects by acting as the leader between the user community and systems group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the identification of business needs in terms of process improvements and design of complex projects
- Has the ability to analyse user requirements and translates them into the system
- Can identify and provide process changes to improve the processing systems
- Has the ability to identify problems within the systems and can provide the technical solutions
- Can maintain a high level of business operational knowledge
- Has the ability to develop technical training programs and can carry out the necessary training
- Maintains the documentation of new systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Problem identification, resolution and interpretation of technical procedures
- Knowledge of web based applications
- Extensive UML/Use Case experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management experience
