Client is going live on a new telephony system in Sep/Oct and looking for candidate with experience on that exact system. Looking for a reporting analyst with Genesys application experience and Crystal/Business Objects background. Candidate will help us bridge gap in reporting knowledge of telephony system go live in Sep/Oct

Job Description: 
Reporting expertise in Business Objects, specifically using Genesys Interactve Insights. Experience in call center environment developing and creating reports for operations using Crystal or Web Intelligence tool. Reports can be ad hoc or automated for recurring usage. Understanding of data flow for all telephony required metrics used in Genesys environment. Able to sit with business partners to develop requirements for reports, able to convey technology limitations or provide work around to meet business need for information.
