Description: 

This business analyst will partner with a process improvement team to analyze current HR business processes, refine and implement improved processes for using PeopleSoft HCM and HR Helpdesk 9.1. 

Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities 
Analysis of HR service center business processes to define and implement improved processes for utilization of PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM and HR Helpdesk 
Analysis of business needs and writing of business requirements for enhancements to PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM and/or HR Helpdesk 
Lead or participate in working sessions for process evaluation and design 

Top 3 - 5 Required Skills 
Experienced business analyst including HR data analysis, writing requirements, defining business processes and acceptance testing 
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 
Process improvement experience using Six Sigma or similar methodology 
Ability to work with business resources from management to staff at all levels and functions 

Desired skills 
Demonstrated work experience in defining, gathering and documenting business processes for PeopleSoft HCM 
Strong work experience with reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions 
Large scale and complex PeopleSoft implementation experience 
PeopleSoft 8.8 or 9.1 CRM or HR Helpdesk experience 
Prior client HCM related experience is a plus 
Strong Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Compensation/Benefits Administration business processes and issues 
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
