Business Systems Analyst

DESCRIPTION: 

Support current deployment of Genesys, Aspect, NICE QM reporting solutions in an integrated Contact Center technology and solution. Looking for a deep level of recent experience on the current versions of Genesys suite of solutions and the same for Aspect and NICE QM. Attending/supporting meetings with IT and business, monitoring tasks to completion, providing input to design implementation options, provide guidance on business best practices.

Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. A business Systems Analyst's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process. Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution. Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization. Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs. Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements. Negotiate options with the client.

EDUCATION:  BS/Post graduate or equivalent job experience (HS Minimum)

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to support multiple concurrent deployments of Genesys and Aspect with direction from the appropriate Business Process Manager. This person should know the Genesys, Aspect and NICE QM solutions well enough to guide configuration, support testing, UAT, deployment and training/business adaption/best practices.

Ability to be flexible in the face of conflicting demands on time, work in a ambiguous environment with general direction from the BPM, knowledge and strength of opinion to recommend an optimized or best practice solution.
