Business System Analyst - Financial Services - Dublin

A leading Financial Services client is recruiting for Business Analysts. The ideal candidate will have worked in financial services sector preferably retail banking. You must have extensive experiencing in authoring BA documents, including Business/Functional Requirements, Business Cases, Test Strategy and Approach. You will be facilitating the delivery of projects be engaging with the Business and IT specialists to understand requirements, translate them for IT, test solutions and aid training and support.

Key skills include:

* Gap Analysis

* Requirements Gathering

* Functional Specification

* RFI's

* Process Documenting

* Workshops etc

* Delivery of Training materials, Test materials, and implementation readiness

* You will also be involved in compiling progress reports and communications, risk and issue awareness as well as time tracking and management.

Desirable:

- Banking application experience
- Ability to be customer facing at all times and be able to drive forward customer interviews to discover technical information on an application footprint coupled with high level stakeholder interviews
- Excellent knowledge of Excel a must
- Financial modelling experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Mainframe processes and ability to discern Mainframe transactions
- Knowledge of transactional systems
