Business Studies Teacher

Simply Education are actively recruiting for a teacher of Business Studies to work at an independent school in North Oxfordshire. As a Business Studies teacher, you will have previous teaching experience and be able to bring enthusiasm, subject knowledge and personality to the classroom. The initial contract is for one year contract from November 2014.

As the successful Business Studies Teacher you will ideally have excellent subject knowledge and possess presence in the classroom. It is key that in this position you are able to teach Business Studies to Key Stage 5 standards and be able to offer your services to extra curriculum activities. this is due to the school finding it important for teachers to give back to the school community.

As a successful Business Studies Teacher you will need to;
- Be Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, QTLS, GTP or Bachelor of Education
- Be able to comfortably teach up to Key Stage 5
- Have a creative approach to teaching
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have passion for supporting students in their learning
- Possess ambition and drive to become an outstanding class-room practitioner
- Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills
- A strong work ethic.
