-Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather and assess requirements
-Perform business process mappings, conduct interviews and workshops with business to understand and define processes
-Determine integration with intranet and collaboration solutions
-Define project scope, initiate project and follow up on project progress (timelines, scope and quality)
-Get required validations and manage documentation throughout
-Liaise with development teams (internal or external - outside Basel) and other IT partners to deliver the solution
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience as a Business Analyst
-Project Management foundation certificate
-Experience in a multinational work environment
-Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate in organisations as well as manage stakeholders
-Digital/Communication environment exposure is required
-Knowledge of Sharepoint or Pega
