Business Solution Analyst with profound SAP knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' experience as BA of SAP procure-to-pay, Purchasing, Cash Management, Payables and General Ledger as well as background as a consultant or functional expert
- Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, ARIBA, SAP SRM and process mining a plus as well as technical understanding of Datamodelling, data warehouse and reporting tools is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience making deep and critical analysis support decisions as well as advanced skills in incident management, familiarity with ITIL and Project Management environments, Service Level Agreements and full life cycle system support
- Know-how of conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners as well as IT experience in large complex organization, development and configuration of business applications in international environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with the business process manager community to contribute to projects and maintenance activities of the KPI P2P analyses as well as eliciting, analysing user requirements related to analytical business processes within enterprise
- Producing accurate functional and design specifications with the sufficient level of detail that allows the traceability with test cases and test instructions as well as analysing and documenting the end-to-end data selection and transformations
- Ensuring system and business requirements are met by elaborating test scripts for end-to-end data validation as well as leading analyses and process improvements to enhance business performance
- Identifying, evaluating and communicating ideas for process improvements and training needs for applications usage by customers and for internal processes and skills enhancement
- Providing content knowledge on incident, problem, and change management processes to appropriate IT teams and collaborating with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system
- Driving coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes in area of responsibility, providing 2nd and 3rd level support
