Projektbeschreibung

Business Readiness and Transition Lead required by financial services company based in South West London. The successful candidate will coordinate business readiness activities & deliverables as part of a transformation programme. The role will involve collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analysts and business users to prepare for the deployment of new processes and systems being delivered and changes to be Embedded. The candidate will assist the Programme and wider business in support of the overall programme implementation.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Work with the Business Change Manager, programme team and wider business to design a business readiness plan that engages all impacted stakeholders, internal and external

Deliver high quality business readiness activities and analysis to all stakeholders. Use such activities to prepare and support the project teams with the transition and ensure that changes are adopted

Monitor the effectiveness of business readiness activities both pre- and post implementation, to evaluate the value of assessments and to ensure the long term quality of business readiness and transition activities.

Assist Project Teams to incorporate business readiness activities into overall project plans and assist with completion of mandatory deliverables eg Change Impact Assessments, Training Needs Analysis, etc.)

Ensure input to assessment data and analysis process is obtained from business and programme teams.

Document and communicate any key requirements relating to business transition from the business stakeholders to the project/programme managers.

Collaborate with the PTP Communications & Engagement role to facilitate all communication requirements associated with business readiness and transition on PTP projects.

Assist in the identification of risks and issues associated with Business Transition and help develop plans to mitigate or address, and ensure stakeholders understand their impact.

Collate training needs of all initiatives at Programme level to provide a holistic view of resource requirements and timings. Work with Learning & Development team to formulate the Training curriculum and schedule.

Provide regular reports to leadership team on progress and effectiveness of business readiness activities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

5+ years' experience in a similar role
-

Experience of working in a business change, business implementation or transition role within large-scale transformation programmes involving IT system replacement

Confidence and ability to approach people to gain information - experience of working with a range of stakeholders, including senior Executives

Experience of working in a fast moving project environment
-

Well organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical and communication skills
-

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
