BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER (TRADING)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER to be a part of a trading regulatory project:
IMM is a project in the Private Banks to address the revised Internal Models Method (IMM). Following the crisis, the measurement of counterparty credit risk (CCR) was reinforced, in particular the computation of RWAs based on internal model approaches consisting of several components, one of the components being IMM. High Level Impact has been assessed earlier in 2016 and the bank is now mobilizing a team to implement the required changes across the impacted areas.
For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
- Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders
- Independent supervision of the IMM project throughout all impacted areas
- Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
- Lead the strategic IT discussion
You must possess:
- Background in the derivatives trading of a financial services company
- At last 8 years of experience of Business Project Management experience
- Effective stakeholder management
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, project team, key stakeholders and clients
- Excellent spoken and written English
