We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for you. As a Business Project Manager you will be involved in a major project of the company and have good exposure in the business.

OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA/PROJECT:

Investment Solutions & Products (IS&P) is managing a range of platforms for our clients, external asset managers, relationship managers and investment consultants. For two of these platforms - Advisory Reporting Tool (ART) and Portfolio Advisory & Monitoring (PA&M) - we are looking for an experienced business project manager who can drive their further evolution. The Advisory Reporting Tool provides a range of reports to RMs, team heads, sector heads, etc. on completion of the advisory process, on treatment of concentration risks, on switch proposals, etc. The Portfolio Advisory & Monitoring platform serves as a key platform to most client-facing staff with respect to portfolio viewing, portfolio monitoring and portfolio simulation and is the heart of our Invest solutions. The business project manager will work as part of a highly motivated project team within IS&P as a bridge between front support functions and our IT colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive project stream in Portfolio Advisory & Monitoring as a Business Project Leader in close cooperation with internal IT Provider/IT Project Manager from design into implementation and rollout

Responsible for delivering project stream on time, budget and in scope
-

Work jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
-

Define business requirements together with business experts
-

Support and challenge business ideas and enable changes
-

Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
-

Clarify open questions regarding functionalities, design, implementation approach
-

Work independently under the guidance of the program manager
-

Support requests from front- and Back Office functions related to Advisory Reporting Tool

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

-

University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Information Systems
-

Several years of experience in project management within a leading international bank
-

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with a strong solution orientation

Excellent problem solving and strong business analytics capabilities
-

Stress resistant team player with strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication, negotation and expectation management skills

Can do attitude, focus on delivery and value-add

Strong presentation and communication skills, also towards senior stakeholders

Talking and understanding IT language

Fluent in English written and spoken

Creativity and passion to create, drive and implement new, innovative ideas

Solid track record in conceptualizing and delivering sizeable solutions in a complex environment

Knowledge of client advisory or front related areas, ideally in portfolio advisory
