* A strong and proven Business Project Management background & skill-set covering all aspects of planning, execution, monitoring and closure etc
* Excellent knowledge of key Business Change Projects
* In-depth knowledge working in the Financial Services Sector, specifically Life & Pensions/Investments
* Demonstrable knowledge of Pension products, ideally Defined Contribution schemes
* A well organised approach with strong and clear communication skills
* Excellent Stakeholder engagement & management skills coupled with strong influencing skills
