Business Project Manager Domain (Brussels)

The Domain Customer Intimacy & Customer experience for Enterprises is
responsible for:
- The definition of the vision
- The prioritization of projects
- The delivery of all BAU and change (project) activities

Within the scope of all (digital) channels, CRM & BI aspects for Enterprises

Function Description
The Business project manager will assist the management team of the domain in the set-up of this new domain organisation and report directly to the domain
transformation leader.
The person should help structure a number of new initiatives to be set-up. This consist among other of the following topics:
1) Facilitate the discussion to further elaborate the domain vision
2) Co-ordinate the preparations for the Domain Conventions (twice a year):
At this time between 200 & 300 persons working in the domain are briefed on the main evolutions in the domain
3) Cross-border CRM program - Belgian sub-project
Together with the headquarters in Paris a new CRM program will be launched. The business project manager will help setting up the
governance for this project in Belgium and take a role in the alignment with the program in Paris
4) Assist the domain MT on communication efforts to the domain Set-up of a newsletter
Other communication initiatives
5) Help the domain MT to align with other strategic programs running in the bank.

Experience
5 year of experience in project management functions (or comparable functions like business analysis, PMO, …).

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Very good knowledge of Powerpoint required

Business Experience
Mandatory
Strong written and spoken communication skills in NL-FR-EN.

Preferable
Experience in a banking environment.
