BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST (CREDIT RISK DERIVATIVES)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST WITH EXTENSIVE CREDIT RISK DERIVATIVES EXPERIENCE. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
OVERVIEW:
- To work for the client's global system that monitors all trading exposure that is used by Credit Officers, Relationship Managers and Traders. This system covers open transactions in the area of foreign exchange, precious metals, interest derivatives, traded option and futures, and money market loans.
- The system currently does not properly capture Settlement Risk and a project has been initiated to remediate this gap.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end delivery of the Settlement Risk implementation from a Business/Change perspective and in partnership with IT
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
- Recording, analysis, definition, prioritization and testing of new business requirements
- Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses
- Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
- Lead the strategic IT discussions, develop the business case and story line
SKILLS:
- Over 8 years of experience in business analysis; previous experience writing business requirements documents and driving their implementation
- Experience in project management and IT implementations from a Business/Change perspective
- Proactive attitude with ability to quickly understand business needs and required next steps to obtain answers to outstanding questions
- Previous Credit Risk experience especially in derivatives trading area for Private Banking
- Settlement risk experience is highly beneficial
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, project team, key stakeholders and clients
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and to create a team environment
- Fluent in English. German is highly beneficial
