BUSINESS PROGRAM MANAGER

URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT IN THE NETHERLANDS

TASKS:

- Managing major programs and/or projects (primary or ancillary disciplines) and (end) responsible for development and realization of objectives.
- Control of programs and the associated phases (initiative, definition, design, preparation, implementation and follow-up).
- Activation of a program/project or unit focused on the consistency of programs/projects, processes and activities.
- Translating complex associated with each other (strategic) policy issues for primary or supporting programs (top-down).
- Representing, networking and liaising on operational and/or tactical level.
- Assess change requests, system changes and releases with a high impact and/or risk.
- Support to create, promote, and defend (internal and external) of program/releases, program/project results/release objectives and consequences ("what").

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5-10 years' experience in managing complex programs/projects
- Experience with ICT programs/projects
- Knowledge and experience in municipalities
- Knowledge of social domains Work, Income and Care
- Knowledge of the G4 implementation processes
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of program/project management techniques such as Prince2 and MSP
- Knowledge and experience with scrum
- Knowledge of ICT (broad)
- Knowledge of both primary- and service processes
- Knowledge and experience of the entire production chain, particularly Wigo4it of both processes and the organization
- Knowledge of developments around Socrates, RMW, Allegro and other IT products.
