Description:

The Service Provider will apply process management best practices, adapted to the culture of the company to ensure that the goals of each project are delivered through a common understanding of the desired business processes.

Skills:

-Excellent Office knowledge. - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Good knowledge on Process modelling - Aris
-Good knowledge on Process notations - EPC and BPMN
-Knowledge on Process architecture.
-Knowledge on Process automation - Packaged software
-General knowledge of Process Improvement - SixSigma, DMAIC, LEAN
-General knowledge of Process frameworks. - APQC, COBIT, ITIL
-English mandatory, French or Spanish is a plus.
-Business Process Management
-Project Management
-Business transformation
-Change Management
