Business Process Specialist

Our client is a leading international financial services consultancy based in the City ofLondon. As a consultancy in a challenging market they are constantly striving to improve, develop and expand. They have a reputation for excellence and high quality service amongst their clients.

The core focus of the service is company reward. At present they are seeking a production analyst to join their business support team. The role is a permanent position and is paying up to £40,000 as a basic salary.

The role will involve:
* Supporting the technical process for clients in regards to salary surveys
* Supporting annual survey production for all European clients
* Management of large volumes of data
* Maintaining databases
* Being main point of contact for systems related issues

The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent Access and Excel skills
* Experience of extracting data held on different systems
* Experience of designing reporting tools
