Business Process Management (BPM) Engineer

Responsible for identifying, designing, executing, documenting, measuring, monitoring and controlling both automated and non-automated business processes to achieve consistent, targeted results aligned with an organization's strategic goals. Leads the definition,establishment, operation and evolution of the BPM practice. Assesses the BPM capability and maturity level across IT and business and develops and implements a road map to improve them. Reports to Yesser Management according to the communication plan.

Qualifications:

- University Degree in Business Process Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management.
- Industry standard Business Process Management Certification is a plus.
- Highly skill in Process Modeling, Process Analysis, Process Design, Process Change and Transformation, Process Implementation, Process Monitoring and Control, and Process Performance Improvement.
- Communication and interpersonal skills coupled with ability to build cultivate client relationships.
- Experience in the pubIic sector specifically liar e-government environment, is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must.
