Business Process Leader

A fantastic contract opportunity has become available for a skilled BUSINESS PROCESS LEAD to join this high profile project. You will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts ensuring that process review and design tasks are completed as required.

The Role:

- Leads the Business Analysts and other colleagues and stakeholders to investigate the scope and modelling of business functions, processes, and information flows, using methodical and consistent techniques.
- Develop implements and continually improve business processes reviews and design methodology following a structured and pragmatic approach.
- Produce and maintain a project plan to support all process deliverables as allocated and provide recommendations and suggestions into the planning and implementation phase of the overall work stream.
- Deliver all project milestones within agreed timeframes and to a high quality.
- Ensure the development and documentation of the desired To Be processes meets the change or new business situation to support the implementation..
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement.
- Coordinate Asset Management SME's across departments
- Accountable for consolidating Asset Management requirements and gaining agreement on what is Core, Common and Specific.

Your Background:

- Tertiary qualifications in management or IT
- Engineering background
- Previous experience in a Process Lead role within a large organization
- Experience with process design, development and Improvement methodology
- Excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Project Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound interpersonal skills.
