Leading Global Solutions Provider has an immediate contract requirement for a Business Process Consultant with contact centre customer service and operations experience.
This contract role based in Dublin city centre and offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in the start up of a high profile, state body in Ireland. This role will entail working with the client to help set up their customer services function, including - Definition of business processes - Identifying roles and responsibilities - Acting as SME advisor with the client and working with the outsource contact centre to ensure readiness for key milestones.
Essential for this role is experience in working in a contact centre and defining contact centre CRM processes. You will ideally have experience in a water or other utilities industry. For immediate consideration and to discuss this role further, please submit your CV in confidence.
