Business Process Consultant (SERVICENOW) Implementation

KEY SKILLS:

- Deep understanding and relevant experiences on ITIL/ITSM
- SERVICENOW configuration (must)
- Manage the deployment/configuration activities
- Drive and explain data collection in the fields of configuration, catalogues, interfaces and assets
- Complete assessment of data content and identify potential gaps
- Stakeholders communication
- Offshore data centre

SOFT SKILLS:

- Result oriented and relevant delivery.
- Strong team collaboration spirit
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Strong oral and written communication skills

DELIVERABLES:

- Project delivery deliverables (workshop materials, progress follow up dashboards etc.)
- Configuration GAPs identification
- Specify/document all the configuration to be considered
- Data preparation
- Training kits
- Training/information sessions
- Weekly reporting
- Active Management of the GAP list considering that all stakeholders should have proper visibility
